This interactive 6-hour Clinical Supervisor Refresher is designed for current clinical supervisors who want to strengthen and enhance their supervision practice. Participants will meet the AZBBHE 6-hour supervisor refresher requirements through a review of current Arizona rules and law changes, supervision theories and models, and effective strategies for guiding less-experienced clinicians, including navigating resistance and providing meaningful evaluation. Learning will be supported through case studies, active discussion, and collaboration with fellow supervisors—offering both practical tools and an opportunity to expand your professional supervision community.
