In this 6-hour refresher clinical supervisors will explore, develop, and enhance their supervision skills. We will cover the AZBBHE 6-hour supervisor refresher requirements by reviewing the Arizona rules and law changes, review supervision theories and models, and focus on guiding less experienced clinicians using their own resistance and also share methods of evaluation. Case studies, active discussion, and time with colleagues will help you sharpen your supervision skills while expanding your supervision community.
